How much does a 1 |2 | 3-bedroom cost?
Every project is unique. We offer reverse-design where we design the house to fit your budget.
On average, our houses cost:

- 2 bedroom – 2,370,000
- 3 bedroom – 2,820,000

How long does it take to construct?
It depends on the design and size of the house, but typically 3 to 4 weeks after order.
Do you construct on site or do you bring it as complete?
Our houses are prefabricated efficiently at our state-of-the-art factory to ensure quality. The house components will be delivered to your site ready for installation in the shortest time possible.
Where are you located?
We are located at MRM Head office, and MRM showrooms and service centers across the country.

How do you regulate the temperature?
Safal Homes are made thermal insulated panels which prevents external heat or cold to enter inside the home, maintaining a pleasant internal house temperature.
What materials do you use?
Our houses use durable polyurethane (PU) or sandwich panels that are preinsulated, suitable for cold rooms, and provide sound and thermal insulation. They are fire-resistant, resistant to rot and termites, and have a long lifespan, making them ideal for residential use.

These panels are an excellent option for perimeter and partition walls. They also excel when used as lightweight façade cladding, and have been tried and tested in the West for residential applications—proving their versatility, durability, and aesthetic appeal.

Do you have different designs to choose from?
Yes, we have different designs to suit customer preference. We also help our clients design their preferred Safal Home.
Do you have a sample/show house?
Yes. Our sample house is located at Olkalou Road, industrial area, Nairobi Kenya. You can also view pictures on our website and across our social media platforms.
Is it fireproof?
Polyurethane (PU) panels are fire redundant/proof.
Can I come with my own design?
Yes
Can it be attacked by termites?
No. Our panels are resistant to termites and many other natural elements that affect many of alternative building materials.
Do I need electricity/power on site?
No, it is not a requirement.
Can I harvest water for use?
Yes. You can order your Safal homes with MRM quality gutters for rain water harvesting.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We are open on Saturdays up to 1:00PM.
What kind of approvals/licenses do I need?
This varies from regional government to the other. Refer to your architect for advice.
Can I move the house later if I want to use that space for something else?
Yes. Our independent installers can offer this service at a fee.
How long does it take to install the house & will any construction be done on-site?
Safal homes require no on-site fabrication. They come as ready-to-install panels and roofing materials, ensuring quick installation. Our services exclude substructure, external services, floor finishes, electrical and mechanical fittings, and furniture and appliances.
What if I need repairs?
Our independent installers offer after sales service and repair services.
How much time do you need for installation?

Safal Homes do not require a special type of foundation and can be installed on a standard, level surface.
